Why BeeHub?
To understand the reason behind BeeHub, we need to delve into the history of AHM.
AHM's founder, Danny, initially started out in the Australian real estate brokerage business. As the number of property transactions grew, he expanded into property management.
Over the years, Danny and his team accumulated a wealth of resources within the industry, fostering strong relationships with Australian developers and builders. They also established stable sales channels, particularly building an efficient sales network in China.
Approximately 10 years ago, AHM acquired the most visited Australian real estate Chinese portal - Ausproperty.cn, and entered into a strategic partnership with REA. Since then, AHM's real estate business transitioned from B2C to B2B.
Since its establishment in 2009, Ausproperty.cn has been instrumental in helping various entities in the Australian real estate industry achieve greater performance. These entities include Australian property developers, builders, real estate agents, lawyers, accountants, and financial institutions. Ausproperty has effectively attracted more clients for these entities, leading to significant achievements.
As we delved deeper into B2B operations, we realised that with the advancement of the internet and technology, such as the flourishing use of VR technology in the real estate industry and the widespread application of AI in online marketing, the barrier for institutions to acquire clients via the internet has lowered significantly. This trend has been well-received by market players, primarily real estate agencies.
However, this trend also brings about challenges. Most real estate agencies are relatively small in scale, making it difficult for them to learn new technologies and implement them into their operations.
In response to these market demands, we decided to establish the Beehub brand, aiming to become an intelligent partner for Australian real estate agents.
What BeeHub?
The three key elements for real estate agents to close a deal are: property listings, clients, sales skills and tools.
BeeHub provides comprehensive support and empowerment for real estate agents, enabling them to generate more transactions and higher profits within the same timeframe.
- Property Listings:
BeeHub provides a Property Mall where all agents can choose to represent listings or showcase their exclusive properties.
- Clients:
1. BeeHub offers SaaS services for agents to quickly create their own websites and generate attractive content using VR and AI technologies. BeeHub also provides professional online marketing services to help agents attract clients.
2. BeeHub provides an industry collaboration platform for sales leads, allowing client resources to efficiently flow among peers for quicker matching of properties and increased transactions.
- Sales Skills and Tools:
1. BeeHub establishes the BeeHub Academy, offering courses related to real estate business both online and offline.
2. BeeHub introduces cutting-edge VR technology to create a simulated online sales environment through Live 3D Calls.
How BeeHub?
Since the second half of 2023, we have launched the BeeHub program, and progress has been smooth. Here are the completed tasks:
1. Conceptual design of BeeHub has been completed, and the development content for different stages has been determined.
2. Negotiations with VR technology suppliers have been finalised, contracts signed, and product delivery completed.
3. The core team for BeeHub has been established.
4. Completed the PRD and prototype design for the BeeHub product.
5.Product design for BeeHub is in progress and expected to be completed by May 2024.
6. The financing plan for BeeHub has been initiated to ensure the continued development of the program.
When BeeHub?
We are very confident that BeeHub will be ready to meet everyone before Christmas 2024. We are working tirelessly to bring this time forward by a few months.
